Can I track what’s been purchased and how much we’ve spent?
Yes. We’ll provide you with a detailed report where you will be able to see all your orders and year-to-date print spend.
Can more than one person upload templates and request changes to our custom site?
Of course! Just contact an account manager and let them know you want to add a new administrator.
Do you offer personalised design services?
Not at this time. All designs should be submitted in their final form. You can upload your own product templates, or you can create them on Vistaprint.co.uk and have an account manager add them to your custom site.
How long does it take to set up my site?
Once we receive all your product templates, it will only take 2-3 business days to set up your site. Any changes or updates to your site should take 1-2 business days.
