end product had photos overlapped cutting off images

Inserted photos into each letter using the template. Checked spacing and location. Checked approval copy and each photo was individually located and correctly spaced in each letter. Printed card that actually arrived had the photos overlapping each other inside each letter, meaning people were cut off and the end product was disappointingly rubbish.
