Thank you for your review, and we're sorry to hear about the smeared and off-centered print of the Corflute Signs you received. This is definitely not a Vistaprint experience we want you to remember. Likewise, we appreciate the provided photo of the received product as a reference. We made sure that your review was forwarded to our Quality Team for review and improvement. Upon checking, with the off-centered issue, it was a result of having your uploaded design up to the bleed area. Since the cutting process happens between the safety and bleed areas, make sure that the required designs are within the safe area to avoid unintended cutting. We highly suggest that you update your artwork. While the red smear concern was considered a production issue. To have this resolved, we have taken the necessary action on your order. A confirmation email with further information will be sent to you. We hope this will not deter you from using Vistaprint in the future.
