We are deeply sorry to learn that your Corflute Signs arrived without eyelets. We don't want you to have this experience with Vistaprint. Looking at your account's order history, the specifications of the Corflute Signs include the "No" Eyelets option. Also, if you will revisit its product page, the eyelets option shows after the size option. Under Eyelets, there are 2 buttons to choose from, Yes which is recommended, and No. For some reason, the chosen option was No. Furthermore, we highly recommend always checking the product specifications from the product landing page prior to designing to ensure the correctness of your order. Also, you may double-check these details from the shopping cart before checkout. Although we are aware that this may not be the best answer you were looking for, we sincerely hope that you still find this information helpful.
