Before wearing any fabric face mask for the first time, remove the filter and wash the mask.
Always remove the filter before washing the mask.
Wash by hand or in a washing machine. If using a washing machine, wash on a gentle cycle with natural detergent. Air dry or machine dry on low heat.
This product is: (1) Non-sterile and designed as safety or protective apparel for use in the home or for recreational or occupational use; (2) not intended for use as a surgical mask or to provide liquid barrier protection; (3) not recommended for use in a clinical setting where the risk of infection through inhalation is high; (4) not intended for antimicrobial or antiviral protection or related uses; (5) not intended for infection prevention or reduction; (6) not a respiratory protective device and should not be used for particulate filtration; and, (7) not for use in high risk aerosol generating procedures. The spread of COVID-19 can be reduced when cloth face coverings are used along with other preventive measures, including social distancing, frequent handwashing, and cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces.

Many mask designs are available in kids sizes. Availability is subject to change.
For best results, adjust the ear loops so that the child’s mask is tight and secure on their face.
Wash your hands with soap and water before putting on or taking off a face mask. Or use hand sanitiser.
To put on a cloth mask, raise it to your face and place the straps around each ear. Put the top part over your nose, then pull the bottom part over your mouth and chin. Pinch the shape-forming nose bridge to improve contact.
To take off a mask, reach behind your ears and remove the straps to lift the mask off your face. Avoid touching the front of your reusable mask.
If your mask has a disposable filter (RFS only), remove and dispose of the filter immediately.
Wash the mask immediately or store it away from other fabrics to prevent cross contamination.
Masks should not be worn for more than 3-4 hours at a time.
Replaceable filters are available in 2 sizes: Adult Large and Adult Small/Kids.
Replaceable filters are not washable or cleanable.
Adult Small masks will need an Adult Small/Kids size filter.
Kids masks will need a Kids size filter.
Filters are sold separately in packs of 10.
Each filter can be used for up to 12 hours.
Store filters in a clean, dry place.
Do not rub the filter.
Masks and filters are sent as and when they become available and may therefore arrive separately.
