We're extremely sorry to hear how the details of your Keyring with Light were produced. This is definitely not a Vistaprint experience we want you to remember. Allow us to check this for you. Looking at your design, if you check the design edit page, the height and width of the design area are only 1 cm x 4 cm considering that your artwork has a photo and too many details, this may affect the print of the final product. We highly suggest always considering the size of the details to the size of the product to ensure correctness prior to ordering. We realize that this might not be the best answer you are expecting, but we hope that you still feel our genuine intentions to help.
