For most products, we offer 3 speeds for processing and delivery of your order:

• Express: up to 3 business days
• Priority: 5-7 business days
• Standard: 9-11 business days

Delivery services include the time it takes to process, print, dry, package and ship your order to you.

The delivery time is calculated from the day you first place and pay for your order, where orders are received by 8 PM Eastern.

The delivery time for orders received after 8 pm AEST is calculated from the following business day.

Note: Delivery date may be affected by the local public holiday delivery service which vary across states; this is outside of Vistaprint's control.

Absolutely. We offer 3-business-day shipping on orders placed before 8pm AEST.

During checkout, we will list available options based on your shipping address and order.

Some exceptions do apply; certain products can’t be rushed.

The majority of our products are printed in our Australian facility in Victoria. The remaining products are produced in our production facility in the Netherlands, where only 9-11 business day delivery is available. The products that must use 9-11 business day delivery are:

• Engraved Business Card Holders
• Engraved Pens
• Photobooks

Example: If you order business cards and an engraved business card holder, business cards are available for up to 3, 5-7 and 9-11 business day delivery and the engraved business card holder is available for 9-11 business day delivery.

Hence in this example, each order will arrive separately. This is known as “split shipping.”
